New domains are allowed but you only have one week to promote your proxies to get more than 100UV/day traffic.

Free plan is still available. Please don't waste my time to create a lot of unused accounts.

So you can register an info domain from godaddy instead of free domains
info now only about one buck.

Aha but your free domain doesn't work at all lol. Other guys using free co.cc free domains are working smoothly.
