I found some questions in a sticky thread from a user here on NB!
Well let's answer them!

What hosting services do you provide?

We currently provide shared hosting packages.. reseller, master reseller, VPS, proxy, dedicated is for later...

Do you provide cPanel or a similar menu-based application?

All our customers get free cPanel access for their sites.

Do you provide backup services? How often? Is it something you configure or something I have to configure on my own?

We provide backup services every 24 hours, we configure it for you, you don't have to do anything

Do you provide Agora or a similiar shopping cart application? Is it something you configure or something I have to configure on my own?

This is possible in Fantastico as far as I know... if not, you gotta configure it yourself... or eventually we can help you for a small fee.

Do you provide or run web statistics software? How often? Can I make arrangements to run stats on demand?

We provide AWStats which you can update every time you want.

What support services do you provide?

We provide ticket support and live support via MSN/Yahoo messenger.

What are your support hours?

Tickets: 24/24
Live support: GMT+1: 10:00 - 23:00 (13hours per day)

How do you charge?
If by throughput and disk space, will you suspend my service if I surpass the monthly quotas or just bill me for the overage?

You pay for what you get... if you use more than possible, you're account will automaticly show 'Suspended, and the pay for more page'
Eventually if you leave on vacation we can check it for you, and if your bw/space runs out we can add more for free and bill you afterwards

If I register a domain name with you, will it be under my name or yours?

You can choose... to keep it simple we do it with our name.. but for free we can do it under your name too!

If I register a domain with you, can I transfer it --regardless of reason, sans notice, and whenever I choose, without having to worry about extra charges?

If it is transfered to Dynadot we push your domain for free, if you wanna transfer it to Godaddy or somewhere else, you need to pay the fees (mostly 10$)
