Hope it gets solved fast.. what's the reason for these downtimes? The load is at 0.01 according to my cPanel service status so...
I was just checking as someone reported down-time and you never replied so new customers looking to buy a package would not know if your online/offline.
P.S , A dedicated IP is an IP so that my Proxy never gets blocked?

A dedicated IP can be blocked too, but it just isn't the IP every proxy owner is using If you don't buy a dedicated IP, there is a bigger change that the server's IP is blocked already -- if you buy a new one though, it shouldn't be blocked, but will become blocked as soon as you start some big promotions
