Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): This is quite a long post. So please read it at your leisure.

Q) What hosting services do you provide?
A) We offer Shared, Reseller, SHOUTcast, Semi-Managed Virtual Private Servers and Semi-Managed Dedicated Servers

Q) Do you provide cPanel or a similar menu-based application?
A) Yes, we do offer cPanel - World's leading web hosting control panel.

Q) Do you provide backup services? How often? Is it something you configure or something I have to configure on my own?
A) Yes, we do offer daily / weekly backups (subject to package you order). But we strongly recommend you to make your own back up arrangements and we are not liable for any data loss even though we make our best efforts to keep your data safe.

Q) Do you provide Agora or a similiar shopping cart application? Is it something you configure or something I have to configure on my own?
A) We offer Agora, OSCommerce and many more shopping applications which come bundled with Fantastico and Installatron which are great cPanel addons and not many web hosting companies out there offer both of them together.

Q) Do you provide or run web statistics software? How often? Can I make arrangements to run stats on demand?
A) We provide Awstats, Webalizer and Analog stats. But if you are really concerned about the statistics, we strongly recommend you try out professional services such as Google Analytics.

Q) What are your support channels and what are your support hours ?
A) We offer support primarily by HelpDesk and Live Help on our website and through emails (for clients only) which are again piped to our help desk besides generous live support through MSN, Skype, gTalk, AIM, ICQ and Yahoo. But do not blame us if you are not able to find us on any of above IMs. We promise 24/7 support using our primary support channels.

Q) What if i exceed my disk space or bandwidth? Will you suspend me or charge for overages ?
A) If you exceed by bandwidth by 5% in a month, your website will show Bandwidth Exceeed message and for Disk Space, we will contact you asking to clear up space or upgrade and we do not suspend without any notification.

Q) What about CPU and Memory usage? Do you suspend for abuse ?
A) Please refer to our TOS and AUP. We are generally very lenient on over usage of CPU and Memory but if you make it a point to abuse our servers day in and day out, we will issue a notification asking you to take corrective action with in a given duration depending on the intensity of abuse and failing which will then take corrective action which may even result in suspension of account.

Q) If I register a domain name with you, will it be under my name or yours?
A) We never register customer's domains under our name. All of them will be registered with your name. However if you choose to opt for WHOIS Privacy, your WHOIS details will be masked by contact details of a third party private whois service provider.

Q) If I register a domain with you, can I transfer it --regardless of reason, sans notice, and whenever I choose, without having to worry about extra charges?
A) You are at liberty to transfer away any domain registered by you with us any time provided you have cleared all invoices related to that domain.

Q) Do you offer SSH upon request?
A) Yes, we do offer Jailed SSH upon request on Business and Enterprise level plans.

Q) Do you provide mod_rewrite support and options to edit .htaccess and php.ini files?
A) Yes, we do have mod_rewrite enabled and you have complete access to edit .htaccess and php.ini (limiting to your directory / account) files

Q) Are your servers capable of handling digg/slashdot effect ?
A) All our servers are undersold and can easily handle digg / slashdot or any other effects. We even have DDOS protection but if there is abuse of resources, we will take corrective action. Please refer to above question related to abuse.

Q) Do you have access to real people at the data center where the server is located to quickly resolve any issues?
A) Yes, all are servers are hosted in datacenters which are manned 24/7 by real people available anytime on call to fix any urgent issues.

Q) How long have you been in business?
A) We are in business since 2005

Q) What is the strength of your team?
A) We are currently 8 in number handling various services related to web hosting and web development and others like Custom Flash Tutorials and so on. 4 of us take care of web hosting wing.

Q) Is your web hosting support outsourced ?
A) No. Infact we offer Outsourced support services to our clients. So you can be sure of quality support 24/7.

Q) Do you oversell ? Do you offer unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth ?
A) No. In fact, all our servers are undersold. And we are strictly against overselling and offering unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth plans and other plans which are not practically possible to deliver what is promised.

Q) How many different IP's do you offer? How much does a dedicated IP cost?
A) We offer to host your website on a single shared IPv4 network address unless you purchase your own dedicated IPv4 network address which costs $3 per month.

Q) Do you allow warez hosting, nulled scripts and hack or crack tools or proxies or ponzi related sites ?
A) A strict NO to any of those. We only allow warez-linking on Business and Enterprise level packages.

Q) Can i have a Ping / Speed Test ?

Usually there are limits on the number of listeners. Is it unlimited?

Our SHOUTcast Starter and Economy comes with a cap of 100 listeners and are also limited by Bit-rate of 128 Kbps and bandwidth as mentioned there for respective plans.

Our Unmetered bandwidth plans come for a fixed number of listeners at a fixed bit-rate (you stream at lower bit-rates but can not go higher than that. Ex - You got 56 Kbps Unmetered plan for 25 listeners and you can not have more than 25 listeners and can not go over 56 Kbps again)

There is nothing as Unlimited in practice in this industry
