    Your VPS description on your site is a little confusing. Does the regular plan come with cPanel/WHM, or is this only available for $15 extra?

    Im not sure whats confusing . Yes cPanel/WHM is $15/month (+ you get Fantastico And RvSkins free with cPanel) . Also if you order a control panel your VPS becomes fully managed.
