I have just checked it for Costa Rica related keyterms, and when looking at the stats for my Costa Rica site, the keywords generated by this tool match pretty well!

I prefer to use Google Keyword research tool i.e Google Adwords tool. This has proven to be best for me.

Nope, it isn't the same as Google Trends -- it features the graph displayed by Google Trends, along with more data.
