The Google AdWords Keyword Tool is Hiding Keywords from You!

Do a search for vacation deals on Google's Keyword Tool.

What? No Mexico?!?!? I thought everybody loved Mexico?

Let's ask again! I'm sure that Google just forgot to tell us.

I wonder why Google decided not to tell us about this keyword until we asked specifically?

Mexico Vacation Deals has a Global Monthly Search Volume (Exact) of 33,100. That's about half of the 60,500 Global Monthly Search Volume (Exact) for Caribbean vacation deals. It should be the #3 item in the list above.

I wonder why Google is reporting less data than it knows?

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

Even if we don't know why Google isn't reporting this, at least by knowing there is a problem we can try to work around it. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey Will,
Agree! Though, I did find if you click "Use Synonyms" mexico vacation deals shows up about 30 results down.
    Cheers,
    James

I just did the exact same search and "mexico vacation deals" was showing right where it's supposed to be. Do you think it might have been a glitch?

Oh, just noticed Will didn't have the "use synonyms" option checked. I guess that's what causes the difference then. Better keep it checked
