Google keyword suggestion tools by country?

I am looking for a tool to give me a number of how many people are searching for a certain keyword in the Costa Rica version of Google.
Are there tools which analyze keyword searches by country in Google?

Why aren't you allowed to post the URL? I don't see any reason for that?

Do you think that G's keyword tool is getting the correct results. I think there was complain from many webmasters that they are getting broad results from G's keyword research tool. The same was the case with yahoo's keyword research tool.
