Yep... If it is a "brand" then it's likely trademarked. And even though your domain is a misspelling of the trademarked brand, all they have to do is prove that you are intentionally trying to bottom feed on people misspelling their brand, and you can be forced to hand over the domain.
Most webmasters will hand over their domain as a result of receiving a cease-and-desist letter from a big brand company just to avoid the litegation. Many times the web host will even shut the misspelled domain down within hours if the brand simply submits a DMCA claiming trademark infringement.
