I have 2 webmaster blogs and both have pr 3 . One is a free hosted blog and another premium blog with domain and hosting .

$5/Month each blog . 125x125 banners also available on blogs with same rate .

Yes sir I do but depends on niche . I am not so good on webmaster topics so it is better if you can provide content from your side .
