Well, I don't have any .com blogs but will have in future...But I don't know why people don't believe .info blogs?

Google gives a boost to .com/.net/.org domain names that match the keywords being searched for. They do not give the same match to .info or .biz domains.

I agree on this But If you are planning to create website for your business / services then its good to go with .com /.biz / .org domains; While in getting link back it should be Ok to get it from any domains unless they are banned.

.INFO domains are also getting good ranking / traffic / indexing from all search engines now a days.

So looking at the link back / link popularity prospective I think it should be Ok.

hhhmm...Right...I see many top result with .info domain so I don't think that its useless. see here .info is on 2nd position with 13,600,000 competition.

Are there any domains with a decent PR?

I'd definitely be interested in giving you a TON of business if the domains had good PR and link pop.

"PR checker tool" - Google Search -- naw, there's only 1220 sites competin'.
