Selling Signature Links.
I'm selling my signature links since quite a few weeks now, and most people are happy with buying their link into it . I'm currently the person with most posts on NetBuilders (from the members) and the amount is currently just over 3,000 posts. Since buying from the admin himself is not allowed, I'm currently the only person with over 3,000 posts that is selling his signature.

Availability.
There is currently one free link available, another one will become available the 15th September. Two other signature links are bought and will expire the 29th of November.

Sections I'm posting in.
I'm posting in almost every section on NetBuilders. From Domaining to the private forums! There isn't something specific I post a lot in, although the Web Proxies category is one of the categories I like the most

Pricelist.
The longer you buy a signature the cheaper it is, although since my post count gets higher daily I can't do a longer deal than 3 months. Starting today it's also possible to buy a signature link for one week to test how it goes. But buying monthly is cheaper ofcourse, so it's up to you whether to buy one week, one month or three months

1 Week: $7 (1 Dollar per day) or 1,200 $NB
1 Month: $20 (0,66 Dollar per day) or 3,500 $NB
3 Months: $55 (0,61 Dollar per day) or 9,500 $NB

Payment.
Payment goes via PayPal account balance, no creditcard payments accepted I'm sorry. I'm NOT accepting moneybookers, Alertpay or any other payment processor.

Eventual trades are allowed too, if you have something GOOD to trade that's from the same worth, than it's fine for me

I'm not sure about its value, what about $20 per month? I'm sure it will bring in good amount of traffic! Hopefully it's a webmasterish blog.. otherwise I'll have to make the price a bit higher, since it's kinda a webmaster board and not a hot chick board

Will that mean that the price would go down if the feed comes from the Hot Men of Hollywood?

I only have celebrity sites.

It doesn't make sense to charge more for a non-webmaster related site, because those would be likely to get even less traffic.
Regardless of what type of site you own, it would take a lot to be worth 20$ - 25$ for a "Recent Blog:" spot.

Your "Recent Blog" won't have the same link long enough for Google's spiders to notice (that is, if you are properly maintaining your blog). This means that you are relying on click-through traffic only, which should value the "Recent Blog" slot at less than the worth of a signature link.
