What's huge? Just want to know number of blogs

Are these blogs updated regularly with unique content?
Will you write the post? Will you publish unique post on each blog after I give you the keywords, or you will publish same post on every blog?

115 blog sites ( PR4-PR1). *** PR1 sites are just around 4-5.

1. I will write all unique posts.
2. A 1:1 ratio ( unique content:blog)
