Hi,

I'm good at html + css, but I'm very very basic at php/javascript. Mostly I just may tweak some php/javascript scripts.

I need to start using a CMS so my clients can update their sites.

I'm having some real estate agents as clients, so I want to give them the ability to edit their website without any help.

I have done my research, but, as usual, there are many candidates that seems pretty good, but I need to pick one and really get my teeth on it to start using it as my default for other type of sites, if possible.

I would like your best opinion to try to avoid any regrets later on, as the learning process may take some time.

These are on my list:
wordpress
drupal
joomla
cushycms
speaklight
movabletype
expressionengine
modx
silverstripe
textpattern

I have seen those as the most mentioned around here, but of course, every head is a different world.

I would like to start light and easy as per my lack og coding skills regarding php and the like, but with something that suits the needs for this real estate niche (upload photos, properties descriptions, etc) and for other basic brochure sites.
