This gets a wee bit sticky. CPanel doesn't do much of it's own stats reporting, it just calls Analon, AWStats, or Webalizer.
Unfortunately, I don't recognize that snippet as being from any of those three tools. :o
Do you know which tool that snippet is from? What icon did you click to get that display?
It'd be from AWStats.
AWStats publishes two columns of stats on referrers from search engines, pages and hits.
AWStats doesn't "feel" like the right answer to me for two reasons:
- AWStats doesn't use a plus sign between these numbers.
- In AWStats, the second number is always equal to or greater than the first number. In Mr. Bill's example, the second set of numbers are significantly smaller than the first set of numbers.
Yes, it's a screen shot from the awstats Robots/Spiders visitors (Top 25) hits column. I looked around and dont get what it means.
Found a couple place that say the first number is the amount of times the bot hit your site and the second one is the amount of times the bot has hit your robots txt anyone able to confirm this?
Ohh... I'm in the totally wrong section of AWStats. :o
The number before the plus is how many times that type of robot hit you.
The numbers after the plus are counts of successful hits on your robots.txt file.
Thank you Will.
