You are going to have to provide more information. There is no such thing as an error code 302 on an Apache server. There is a server status code 302, which is generated by a redirect and means that a file has been Moved Temporarily. It is not an error.

If you are seeing something that indicates an error 302, perhaps something else is generating the error.

Where are you seeing the error?

I have never seen a status code 302 referred to as error code 302. It is a server status code indicating that a redirect is taking place. It is not technically an error code. The word "Found" is being returned by the Apache server. Some configurations use "302 Found" while others use "302 Moved Temporarily".

PHP Tutorials Examples Apache Status Codes And Error Codes

@Aziz, It looks like CheckUpDown is some sort of error monitoring tool.

If a 302 redirect cannot be redirected to a valid URL, it should generate a status code 404, which is an error code.

@SonnyCool, from your example it looks like you are using a tool that is returning a status code 302, rather than the proper status code 200 when you test your site.

I looked at this and saw the status code 302.

Meta Tag Analysis Tool by MetaChecker.net

That is a http header code that indicates that www . wildism . com is being redirected.

I also see it when I user the following tool to check the header for your site.

View HTTP Request and Response Header

The 302 status code is being returned by your server. The problem is that it should not be returning "302 Found". It should be returning "200 OK".

Something is indicating that a redirection is taking place.

I think this may be the problem:

http:// www . wildism . com is returning "302 Found"

http:// wildism . com is returning "200 OK"

But it looks like you have a redirect set up to standardize the URL as http:// www . wildism . com/

    You have a redirect problem.

    1) Do you have a redirect set up in the .htaccess file? If so, post the code here so that we can look at it.

    2) If you do not have a redirect set up, are you using a domain forwarding feature at your domain registrar to point the domain to your web site? They are redirects that can sometimes screw up the status codes.

If neither of these apply to your web site, then contact your hosting company and report the problem. Something may not be correct with their local nameserver configuration.

It could be. It looks like you are using their nameservers. There could possibly be a nameserver configuration problem, or a DNS issue with the subdomain, or an issue if you are using their domain forwarding service (you should not need this).

My first guess would be that you have a problem with a redirect set up in the .htaccess file or somewhere in your scripts. Check that first.

i don't have .htaccess in the server

btw now have more funny issue :
before that, www.domain.com (with www) have code 302 and domain.com (without www) return 200 but all description missing.
now i point www.domain.com to domain.com but problem still exit but opposite way.
www.domain.com return 200 but description field empty and domain.com return 302 code (just direct opposite)

That is a very strange problem.

I cannot load either version of the URL today. When I try to load http:// wildism . com, I see a brief message that says the URL is being redirected, but I never see the home page.

When you figure it out, let up know what you found.
