    test(SMS)-email

Anyone using a Text (SMS) to email (and vice versa) service?

Currently I'm looking to use SMSGOL - easy sms services which looks really cool in order to be able to communicate with offline customers and vv. Anyone using them and if so what's your experience?

I've been avoiding using paid SMS gateways like smsGol.

Instead, I've been using the less reliable but free email to SMS gateway scripts.

I've been providing free SMS using one of the email to SMS gateway scripts.

I couldn't, reasonably, do that if I had to pay for every SMS message.

    Hi Loko,

I have been using SMSGOL - easy sms services SMS services for a while. Actually I am using SMS Premium with them, and I haven't had any problem at all.

I have also made some test for my customers with their sms gateway and all the sms were deliveried at destination, excellent service. There are some plugins here SMSGOL - easy sms services that you can plug and play.

    Cheers,
    David.

Did you have it integrated in a website and email service?
Did you have to do some marketing to get the SMS service known to the public?

The premium service looks very interesting when integrated into a local project.

    Hi Loko,

    >>Did you have it integrated in a website and email service?
I have them integrated in 2 web sites at this moment, one is based on osCommerce and the other one is a normal site made it by myself, this last one I have it integrated when I receive an email, so now I receive an email and a SMS

    >>Did you have to do some marketing to get the SMS service known to the public?
    I don't get your question

    >>The premium service looks very interesting when integrated into a local project.
I have also a Premium service integrated to my web site (look for SMS-Web at Smsgol.com) and I can tell you I have full control of the SMS that people send to my Shortcode+Keyword, very cool.

Note: I have been investigating since time ago about Normal and Premium Sms, a lot of headache trying to imlement them, but now with the Smsgol's services are quite simple and easy to use.

Well Loko, I hope this can help,
    Cheers,
    David.

I was wondering if your project involves offline marketing so that people now about your service and know how to use the SMS service.

    Sounds interesting anyway. Thanks David.
