    Unix command for making files

I need to create around 120 files all in the same directory and want to know is there a faster method that does not require confirming everyone

right now I am trying "pico filename" then control +X and then Y which is a pain and want to know is there an easier way so I can just paste and go.

Yes, I was about to tell you that you can use the PHP touch() function which does basically the same. It creates the file if it doesn't exist and if it does, it updates its last modified date to the current one.

But I guess it's no longer needed
