The program is still in beta and pretty new, but it is a solid and reliable program nonetheless. The interface is clean and straight-forward and the program runs well. It's like a combo wiki and CMS.
Most wikis are really designed for public use, the usage patterns for which don't always apply the same as they with a more private enterprise wiki. MediaWiki and Twiki, as general open source platforms, have some advantages in configuration.
Mediawiki is best as per me .I have worked on that one and really runs like a charm even on shared hosting.
Now a day mediawiki.org is the best softwear for to run these type of sites.
