They were picked up using a software that scans UK websites for fresh UK emails

So the email owners have not opted in to your email list? They have not agreed to give their email addresses to you? Or gave you the rights to sell their email addresses?

Sending emails to users who have not opted in to email list is considered SPAM!

Please clarify, have they opted in to your list or not.

Well.. actually their ham =\ not spam. They didnt' have any discount for spam in the store but ham was 2 for 1.

so these were all scraped from other websites without anyone's permission.

I didn't exactly understood what he meant by

Maybe that "scan" should have ringed a bell.

Sending messages to emails what theproxynetwork is selling, is SPAM. Because they were not given with permission. I advice people to stay away from this offer.

Im sure you email has been picked up by other people or even sold by big companies without you knowing.
