I want to sell some 75$ Adwords vouchers which I will sell for 8$ per voucher.

Well I don't know what you mean by transferable.

All I know is that I am selling a code which when you enter in your newly created adwords account will give you 75$ promotional credit. Google adwords is a program run by google.com which allows advertisers to show their ppc ads in Google search.
