if you are going to buy then its 10$
cashout price is 6$

so i chose middle price, yes i know that i can cash out but not in hurry, so i chose this price :P

To use the NB Advertising System, you need to have NB.

So if you want to advertise, but don't have the NB, you could buy them from someone like Jakki because his price is lower than that of the NB Store.

I believe that is the only practical application of buying NB for more than the cashout price.
