Professional Hosting Company Design for sale

I was hired to design a site for a company called Unidox Hosting. the CEO whom hired me disappeared after the job was finished, his hosting company was down for a while, he is not responding to e-mails nor phone calls. good thing I didn't deliver any files.
I had sent him an e-mail to update me within a period of time, and if he fails to do so he'll be fired, and he is now.
The site I made for him is for sale.
