I had a deal with him for $3. While sending payment, I just made a joke (my net was slow, so as to pass the time). The joke was 'I sent you money !'. I told just this much and he refunded the money. After my lot request, he agreed to sell for $4 which was the price he told at start.

So, I think he is very clever and serious person.

Thanks to him for I learnt never to joke with unknown people with whom we are dealing.

Not a problem. Just be sure next time that you finalize your pricing. so that u wont be losing customers in future.

Loosing or not lossing question will arrive when he will be here. I think he should be banned for cheating people. He told me he is a reseller too and warned me that he may ban my RS account if I do some mischief (paypal money reverse).

Today, I found its locked, comment is that I have abused the system.
I did nothing that could lock my account. Only I changed the login details, which should be changed because I am buying from him.

Very sad, he should be banned for cheating NB member (this is not DP). OR if you did not cheat, tell me whats the problem that its locked.

I request payoff for my money in rs.. surprisingly my accounts have been banned.and the accounts generated from points in those accounts are also locked. So i wrote an email and waiting for support team to respond.

bla bla bla! I hate this kind of thing. If you already know what will be the end of requesting money in rs then why bother request if you already deal selling and already making money with the accounts?
Obviously you didnt care to your buyers. Period!

oH really !!! If that's the case, please refund my money. As my account has been banned, the points have returned back to the main account i.e. which you own.

So, please refund my money now. And tell me when your account is unlocked.
