I do not have the followers categorized because Publishers choose when to post ads on which of their profiles. Of course, all of their followers will see the ads (the ones who login anyway :p). It's pretty general, but we're seeing great results!

I would say currently at least 75% of my nearly 100 publishers are from the US. There is really no way currently to track where their followers are from, but I'd say a good percent of those are probably also from the US. Of course, we do have foreign publishers/followers already as well too. I know a couple of you from here on NB have signed up and aren't from the US.
