I am selling The Tech Zone with the .com domain included, which expires 4/2011 so it still has over 10 months before it expires.
The site is hosted on Web Hosting Fox and so is the domain.

Awesome forum buddy. I wonder why you are selling it. Forum looks perfect. If you are selling it because you don't have time to manage it, I would advice don't do it. Handle over responsibilities to some trusted guy. If reason is different then your choice.
If I had to the money right now, I would have tried my hand surely.
