A few years ago, Bank of America had a plan to allow illegals to set up bank accounts, but when word got out I think they canceled the program.

• Date of birth
• Debit card or bank account number for funding your new account during the application
• Minor's personal information (if applicable)
• College information (if applicable)

I would be extremely weary of a program like that described in this thread...

Illegal aliens can get bank accounts. I think that they need to show a card from their consulate. It's also possible for them to get mortgages, in state college tutition and credit cards.

I told that they dont need any SSN ,tax information of usa they only need you passport and latest utilty bill.. and you photos.. SO THIS LEGAL
