VCC for Adwords activation

I am looking for a VCC for adwords account activation.
If you have it please tell me your price.

Well, nowadays you can't use vcc to verify your adwords account as they ask for scan of statement of your credit card.

I know a few people selling adwords accounts on BHW. I wonder what they are doing to activate those accounts.
I have some adwords vouchers and they would expire on 31st march. I want to create new adwords accounts and feed them in.
Well I do have two credit cards one Visa and one Mastercard.
Do you know can I use one card on multiple adwords accounts? if i there are no vccs for this.

Well, I think you can't use same card on two accounts !:mad:
Better use both ur cards for different accounts !:cool:

Since when is this? Changed rules?
I have activaded my own a year or a half a year ago or so using vcc.

Since when? This is newer rules?
I activated my own a year or a half a year ago uzing vcc.
