I am not a reseller. The VCC has to be used within 24 hours. It will have 2$ loaded onto it. If you need higher amount loaded onto the VCC, let me know.Quote:

Test payment? Are u talking about $1.95? Its deducted as soon as u add the card. PayPal don't check the cards until they need to use the card or the card is expired. $1.95 is refunded back to the account when you receive your first payment after adding the card.
