Average cost per 1000 views?

Hey folks,
I am wondering what the average earnings per 1,000 page views should be? I need to get an idea of how much revenue my traffic will be generating for a music related site. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cost? Revenue? Do you mean advertising cost, or advertising earnings?

Anyway, if you're talking about Google AdWords or AdSense, then they have a tool for this sort of thing.

Sorry, should have been more specific...I meant earnings per 1,000 views.

I don't have any sites in the music niche myself, but I hear that it's a low-EPM niche -- something like $2 per thousand page views.

The earning through G adsense for CPM varies with websites and no one is allowed to disclose this thing. It is better you can create an account with G and know more about this.
