Trademark issues and you will be sitting there one day wondering what the heck happened to your site and all your money.

Funny, over the years, how many fb clones and come and gone.
Yet fb itself is still there.

Trying to use Facebook's name for your profit....never do that ma friend. What if Mark sue you tomorrow morning for copywriting and the court orders you to pay the hefty sum for the misuse, have you ever though that?
