I'll say something about Flippa. Its amazing what some people are getting for a website. If you can show three to six months of solid income people are interested.

Sites are selling on Flippa for an average of 6.3x monthly income. I guess that's a good price. But would you sell a site for 6x income when you can make double that in one year.
