Cast a wide net, and you'll catch all sorts of fish. If you have multiple sites in multiple niches, tailor the experience for each one to maximize your revenue. There are plenty of methods to earn active and passive incomes from your inventory if you know what to expect from your visitors.

Well.. First i made a good sum from Adsense Firefox referrals.. so much that Google posted about it here: Adsense Success Stories
Then, I wrote an ebook that sold around 1,000 copies @ $10/each (but, it's free now, HERE)
Then, I generated around $80k or so (kinda lost count) from Premium Membership sales..

all in all, i've generated around $300k since I started in 2006..
I think we got a winner

Indeed. I posted interviews with Tearabite and Razorloq:
Interview with a Successful Blackhatter | Running Online Business
Interview with a Top Online Earner | Running Online Business

Ash offered to do the interview as well, but I never heard back from him. I'm still looking to interview people - it's great content for my blog, it brings in traffic, and it results in exposure for fellow NetBuilders and their businesses.

I'm trying PTC sites. I also have Adsense and Adgitize accounts for monetizing ads online...

I'm nothing special but I do run an online ebay/amazon business in my spare time which made £15,000 last year ($24,000) and I should be able to hit £20,000 in the next tax year.

Might not be what you're looking for but its a slightly different angle

Hailing from a biotechnology background, I never knew what the heck copywriting and SEO is. And it started when I was challenged in a small job interview for a copy editor (and I never knew what that opy editor profile was). From first $5-10 per day income (2006) to $30-40k average monthly income with various SEO and copywriting services today, I do believe I still have (and will always have) a big room for learning and earning.

That sounds like a good niche for a web site.
