Thread: How to monetize a personal loan site?

Hello fellow netbuilders,

I have been trying to monetize a blog that I have here. It's ranked #1 for the term that I want, but the problem is, I don't make much from AdSense for that site.

The site is about personal loan for a country. I tried to find products on clickbank marketplace but they doesn't seem to be relevant to the people here.

Should I just create my own ebook instead of scraping a few cents a day from AdSense?

And, the site is getting around 150 to 200 visitors per day. Not much but they all come from the search engine. I feel like I am sitting on a gold mine but don't know how to dig it out.

Try looking for clients that would be interested in placing a banner at your site. I don't mean adsense, rether company or smth like that

The best way to monetize it is contact loan providers in your country/city and make a deal to sell them loan leads. Then set up a form to collect loan leads from your visitors who are interested in getting a loan.

Which country are you targeting? May have 1-2 options depending on which one it is.

that should be pretty good actually. So if someone borrows $10k you get $300.
You could try finding another buyer then, or sell them leads

@SonnyCooL I actually need a few money lending companies all across Malaysia because the one that I am dealing with only operate in my hometown

Try making paid honest reviews about Loan providers in your country. Doing so will give you earnings for your site and at the same time establish reputation for the company.
