Could be.. I don't know what they mean exactly by "net" in that case though

As I understand it, "Net Impressions" is "page views where InfoLinks was actually able to display ads."

Yes that's how they describe it. Maybe they only count 1 pageview per visitor? Or one click per visitor? Who knows heh.

Actually I just emailed them about it.. but for some reason I'm not really expecting a very intelligent answer.

Currently, Infolinks doesn't support separate reports for multiple websites under the same account; therefore if you would like to see statistics for each website individually, you would need to sign up with a separate account for each. To manage all your websites under the same account with one collective report, after approving your additional website simply go ahead and add your current script to all of them. We recommend this option as it is the most convenient one.

Please let us know if you would like to sign up with a separate account for your additional website(s).

Don't get too happy if you see good cost per click initially with Infolinks, that's what I had for the first month or two, but over the last month their cpc has been dreadful. It now averages a mere 2 cents a click, some 4 times less than what it use to. It seems there are plenty of other people experiencing the same problem.

Many are concluding Infiolinks is either keeping a larger share or more likely they don't have quality advertisers.
