3-4 months ago... i used to make 100$ with infolinks with 0.20 eCPM but it is getting worse now.
their are other companies also which are running in-text ads like adbrite, kontera but infolinks is the best one
you can specify how much ads you want to show per page in infolinks
Yeah try infolinks.com its perfect, read more here http://blog.emobilez.com/2009/09/04/...ads-earn-more/
I would love to use Infolinks on my proxies, but they didn't accept me. So I'm stuck with sucky AdBrite :(
Well, I personally find them kinda obtrusive ... but they do increase the revenue.... If you get traffic primarily from search engines and do not care if the stick around as long as they click on the ads , use it ... else try to avoid it on your membership sites or serious blogs.....
I just contacted Infolinks again, and I have been approved to use the inline ads on the main pages only.
Inlines ad would be good for content based site where your reader is engaged in reading your content. They pay sub rates like 1 or 5 cents a click. User oftens will just mistake them for actual links on your site so CTR would be good but does spoil the site a bit yes in my opinion. But your in for the money right?!Quote:

Of course in-line (within post content) links are good. I am using it at my blogs.
DON.
Yes, in-line ads are good for revenue, though I think they are annoying to your visitors. I surely don't like seeing them when I'm browsing websites.
