    Monetizing a Pharmaceutical Site

I own a legitimate pharmaceutical site that provides an array of information about an upcoming drug that is currently undergoing FDA Phase III Clinical Trials. It's not one of those spammy websites that tries to sell anything. It's just informative.

Anyway, it's currently ranking 3rd (behind wikipedia and an article in time) for the drug's name and is receiving a great amount of traffic - that is quickly and steadily increasing. The problem is that AdBrite doesn't seem to be utilizing the traffic well and it's making me very little money! So my question is:

How can I best monetize a site like this?

I would use a legitimate dropship partner who will dispatch and deliver products you sell and the commissions that you will receive will be good rates ................I have a guy who has used this process for over 2 years and has lived off his one site

How about affliates like Zestra Essential Arousal Oils or placing medical articles on the site for subjects i.e. non-hormonal treatment, treatment of premenopausal women with Hypoactive Desire (HSDD) etc and monetize with adsense.

It isn't legal to sell or transfer prescription medication here in the United States. It's also very unethical.

Unfortunately, I don't have an AdSense account, and I can't say that I'm interested in ever having one. I'm very much not a fan of AdSense due to a bad experience in the past. Currently, I'm monetizing the traffic coming to the site with AdBrite, but the earnings are low. I'm trying to find additional publisher networks that might be able to do a better job.

I like the idea about Zestra! I went to their site, but I can't find a link to an affiliate program. Do you have one?

I couldn't find a direct link for a Zestra affliate program but the product is offered on Amazon. So you may be able to set it up as an Amazon affliate.

Thanks, Bogart - I found it on Amazon.

I also decided to try another health-related affiliate program... seems they have a product that fits the bill exactly.
Maybe between the two of these things earnings will improve.

I would consider removing the adbrite. The ads aren't targeted at all. It makes the site look spammy.

Yeah, that was next on my list to do - but I got sidetracked, lol. AdBrite removed.

    Thanks for the help, Bogart.
