Simple solution, sneaky, because we're build that site for PTR, we don't need to take it seriously. So, fill the blog with PLR content only is enough .

You do realise that that's part of the reason for the blogosphere being crap. A lot of the blogs you're talking about barely make any money at all (especially if they're filled with crappy PLR content), so it's better to start a quality blog.

I'm talking about in case your blog is only for PTR, so no need to manage it seriously like you manage your main blog. Don't think all PLR is bad, i find it's great, but the problem is PLR article spreaded so wild and make the quality of content and the uniqueness is dropped. And to solve this, why don't just buy a PLR which sell in limited package or rewrite it. It's become fresh again .

No offense for me about quality post is needed on PTR business, but in fact, PTR company is not checking it

Paid to review sites are doing really well and so are blogs with good PR etc.
