Was it quite a big amount? Hope so those guys get caught soon. These Nigerians Scams are truly on the rise nowadays and moreover that the recent Aweber email address hack has added more to the scam and spam game :(
Well, if the person really is from Ohio per the Who-is, you might have luck, but I think you're probably out of luck if they are not. Have you Google mapped the street address in Akron yet? :)
The person and address in the who-is can be real but he or she might be a victim of identity theft.
If they were really smart, they would have faked the WHOIS info.

Where did you come across that site? On your own or did they solicit from you in some fashion?
I found it through a simple Google search. #1 for: "perfect money to paypal"
Ugh, next time I'm just doing a Wire Transfer to my bank! xD
I think there is little hope of getting your money back. If you need to exchange next time, try find someone in your country to transfer the money to your bank account.
