Use Open-X to deliver all your ads, including Adsense.
You can use the source param to make all ads Contextual.
After a .DAT file download, you can also use Geotargetting (country level).

No they don't. But people are silent because either
1 They try to understand a couple of them.
2 They don't publically want to admit to doing something that may be considered blackhat (especially if they sport their sites in their signature)
3 They are trying to think of something good to top yours and since they can't, they decide to pretend not having read yours.

I tried to toss in some tips that really generate money, what i didn't take in account was the difference between the European (Dutch) and American mentallity. I apologize for that. More secrets to follow...

There is a difference. Americans generally speaking like to keep their secrets secret and when someone reveals one, are speechless wondering what's the catch.
