I honestly don't think they will have much success with this new format. Considering the new rules and fees, a competitor stands to gain a lot of ground and quite easily. I think it was a foolish move on the part of SitePoint, and their greed will eventually get the best of them.

Are their stats in the footer from since Flippa.com started, or from the time they started SitePoint and all the auctions that got imported? The success rate of selling a website there seems low to me (currently 35%, given that they are boasting $25,342,438 in sales). And the last 7 days sales figure has dropped every time for a while now also indicating perhaps a slow down in listings and people using the site.
