I found this article online Google AdSense Policy Changes — LinkWorth - Be Found Online

I am guessing its okay if the users can tell the difference between adsense ads and linkworth ads.

I don't think it matters. Google restricts only contextual ads. Linkworth's ads are just plain links, not contextual. You can place as many as you deem reasonable.

I am thinking of applying for TLA with my blog, what are the conditions for acceptance?

It's odd, but TLA no longer lists the requirements for acceptance.

In the old days, the main requirement was PR3+.

I've had quite a few sites dropped to PR0 for link selling.
I am not surprise, that's why I don't play this game, too dangerous.

I recently offered a free page on my site to a young music group with a link at the bottom of my index. They kindly offered to my visitors free track downloads, so I said to myself that's a great idea, my visitors can have something free when visiting my site.

Once the page and the link was on my index and went live, after several hours, I dropped a few positions for my main targeted keyword, so I check that very closely.

Well, what I can say the link is not related to my topic but it provides a plus for my customers and if at the same time I can help a young music group for their first album, why not.

What is your point of view in this situation?

I'd be surprised if the two are related. It usually takes Google a few weeks to respond to on-page changes and reflect them in the SERPS.

I'm looking into Linkworth myself. Are there any strict requirements?

I use TLA with alright success. I'm going to try Linkworth as well - hopefully I can use both at once
