I'm currently bent on monetizing my health site by selling sponsored links. I feel my price is well within my PR, Alexa, and general traffic as well.

How do I get advertisers? The only methods I can think of right now are:

1. Posting on webmaster forums.
2. Signing up for textlink ads and the like.
3. Sending emails to the domain and hope they have a catchall email account.

But I feel there's really more into it than this. Do you think I'm being hasty on things? My site was just launched 6 months ago but I already feel I can monetize it already. Maybe give it a year before I start getting advertisers?
