What are the best CPM ad networks?

I have found that I can earn a lot more through CPM than CPC because a lot of my sites end up with way more pageviews than unique views daily. And this also shows true because I don't always end up with a good CTR on my sites, but I would earn so much more through a CPM advertiser. What are some of the best out there? I know AdBrite pays me poorly for CPM, about $0.05/CPM but there must be better agencies which pay a decent wage. Maybe $1/CPM or $2/CPM?

Smowtion is great for me, but that's because its one of the few networks that pay for proxy traffic. What niche is your site in?

The site I'm looking to start on is in the gaming niche, more specifically a social networking site for Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy fans. It gets a lot more pageviews than unique visits so I figured my CPM ratings would be a lot more than running CPC ads

I'm not doing any real CPM right now, but the folks I hear recommended are:
    • Adsdaq
    • Direct Media Exchange
    • Tribal Fusion
    • Burst Media
    • Ad Dynamix
    • ValueClick

I have actually heard a lot of good thinks about TribalFusion. They seem to be pretty reliable, pay on time, and provide excellent rates. Only problem is I think they are only for larger websites - but with marketing skills and time I can have my webpages running their ads, I assume. Same goes for ValueClick, heard a lot of good about them, too.

I actually currently run AdBrite and it seems pretty decent. I have no complaints or anything with them, but they do pay very low per CPM and it's hard to make money with them. But the more you work things in, the more you can make if you stick with it.

Direct Media Exchange - Been running for 6 months, Pretty High CPM, Good thing is you can set the CPM you get on other networks and they only fill if they beat the CPM you set. Great because they have many companies in there exchange network including (Xtend, Vizi Direct, Rydium, Revenue Science, Oridian, Directa Networks, Bannerconnect Networks, Active Response Group, Adtegrity, CPX Interactive, and Remix Media). They also have great reporting, and you can use them as a free ad server for any direct sales etc.
