Yes, it's because in blog, you can do something which can't be done in just twitter account. So john chow must be have a reason why he categorized people who always wanna be #1 on search engine as a mogul.

Since his twitter page is #1, almost every bit of traffic he will get on it will land one way or another on his blog.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure that the majority of people active on Twitter aren't Moguls at all. :P

If i can, i will add 1 point of mogul characteristic, that is : "Not in blacklisted on any program". In this case, that's mean mogul is not only #1 on google/make $10k per month but also have ethique in doing a business.
Follow a rules is an good ethique. And that why i think John Chow is not a mogul anymore.
