    When YPN was first released it was the publisher network to get into. Everyone was getting HIGH payout clicks. Now, it is no more.

    They had a good run. In fact 2-3 years ago there were times when YPN was paying considerably more than adsense for certain niches. But their targeting always sucked - I guess that's what caused their downfall.
    We'll see what MSFT has in store to rival adsense

    Their sucky targeting is what caused them to pay so much better for certain niches.

    true, it was fun for a while. You'd get $1-3 clicks on niches that would usually yield $0.01- 0.10 clicks in adsense
