Some say in content blog links are important, especially if you live in Rocky Hill or Dale City.
Since these two cities have many hills and dales. And it's widely known rocky hills are good for climbing, in the same way as google serps are.
SEO is less of factor in smaller cities like these, but may still bring good grace upon your awstats figures.
Most importantly remember some domains aren't worth holding on to, unlike others.

Always buying good quality sites, pm or email for details, include your site's url, stats with screnshots and price.
Sites must be making at least $200 per month through adsense or affiliate programs. Only buying good quality niche content sites, no proxies, games sites, forums etc..
