Normally you get one organic listing for a particular keyphrase. Indented listings come when you already have a page that ranks in Google for a keyword or term
together with another page, optimized (purposely) for the same keyword phrase within the same website. You can say; an inner page or another post from same blog. It happens because the second listing has as many inbound links or
PR as that of first page listed. In such case, Google "indents" the listing, and we call it Google's double listing or indented listings.
I hope I answered the question.
P.S: It is a NO-No for this contest but this 2 (or more) doorway method actually doubles the website traffic. And there is a mthod to get indented listings.
