Google sees example.com and
Example Web Page as two separate domains. This is technically correct, but this is not the way most people think.

The second issue is that someone has successfully staged a SQL injection attack against your WordPress implementation.
Your WordPress implementation is compromised. Install the latest version of WordPress over top of your existing installation immediately.
Your theme files appear to be compromised also. Do you have a backup of your theme? Do you have the archive file in which you originally received the theme?
