Never heard of them... But if I were looking for PPC coaching I go with Perry Marshall or someone like that. But honestly PPC is not THAT hard to do and do well. Read some Perry Marshall books, study for and take the tests to be Google certified, and play with Adwords yourself. It's not rocket science - very focused ad groups, peel-and-stick, relevant ads using the keywords from the ad group in the title, text, maybe display URL, having relevant landing pages with the keywords from the ad group in the <title>, <h1>, <h2>s, content, URL, etc., quality scores, CTR, always testing a new ad... yada yada yada.
